Haddock (melanogrammus aeglefinus) is a marine fish  that can be located on both sides of the North Atlantic. It is a excellent source of dietary protein, vitamin B12, pyridoxine, selenium, potassium, with very little fat.

Atlantic Cod (Gadus morhua) is a demersal food fish that can be found in the Eastern and Western Atlantic Ocean. It contains high levels of low-fat protein, phosphorus, niacin, selenium, and vitamin B12.

Pacific Cod (Gadus macrocephalus), together with haddock and atlantic cod, belongs to the Gadidae family that includes a group of medium sized fish found in the Northern hemisphere. It has a large distribution in the North Pacific Ocean. Its nutrition content is similar to that of Atlantic Cod.
